How it works

Three steps to the right coverage.

No phone tree, no pressure. Start with what you want to compare and where you live — we handle the rest.

Pick your coverage

Choose Medicare, health, dental and vision, life, travel, or pet. Each one opens a comparison built for that kind of plan.

Enter your ZIP

Plans and prices are local. Your ZIP tells us which plans are actually available where you live, so you only see real options.

Compare, then enroll or call

Compare side by side and enroll online — or connect with a licensed agent in your area who can walk you through it, at no cost.

Every kind of coverage

One place. Six ways to be covered.

Pick a coverage type to start comparing. We'll take you straight to a comparison built and licensed for that line of insurance.

Medicare, with a human option

Compare it yourself, or let a local agent do it with you.

Medicare is a lot to sort through alone. Compare plans on your own — or talk to a licensed insurance agent in your area who can compare options across companies, answer your questions, and help you enroll.

It costs you nothing. Agents are paid by the insurance company, so your premium is the same either way.

Why PlanMatch

Independent, by design.

PlanMatch is a privately-owned, independent comparison website — not an insurance company. It's built and proudly owned by Benefits Life. Where an insurance company can only show you its own plans, we do the opposite: line up your real, local options side by side so the choice is yours.

When you'd rather not go it alone, we connect you with our network of licensed insurance agents who can compare plans across companies and help you enroll. You're never handed off to a call center reading a script — and you're never charged for the help.

Everything we publish is grounded in current-year figures from the people who set them, and reviewed by our editorial team. We'd rather be the source you trust than the loudest banner on the page.

Is PlanMatch free to use?
Yes. Comparing plans is free, and talking with a licensed insurance agent is free too. Agents are paid by the insurance company when you enroll, so the price you pay for a plan is the same whether you enroll on your own or with help.
Do you offer every plan available?
No. We do not offer every plan available in your area, and any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. To see all of your Medicare options, you can always contact Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE.
How is this different from going direct?
An insurance company's website can only show you that company's plans. PlanMatch lets you compare across coverage types in one place, and connects you with agents who can compare multiple companies for you — so you're choosing from the whole field, not one slice of it.
Will you sell or share my information?
You can compare plans without creating an account. When you choose to connect with an agent, your information goes only to a licensed agent who can help with your request — never sold to data brokers or used to flood you with spam.
Can I talk to someone who lives near me?
Yes. On the Medicare side you can connect with a licensed insurance agent in your area through MedicareAgents.com. They know the plans and providers where you live, and can help you compare and enroll at no cost to you.
