In 2026, Part A has a $1,736 hospital deductible per benefit period, Part B has a $283 annual deductible, and a Part D plan's deductible can be no higher than $615. After you meet a deductible, you usually still share costs through coinsurance or copayments until you reach any out-of-pocket maximum.
